Alan is really good. I had a very bad neck, shoulder, upper and lower back pain when I visited him. He listens to my problems and took time to give me relief from my stiff muscles. He did a great job. My pain is reduced by 70% in one visit. I will definetly go back for another massage session. Highly recommend him.

I have been going to Alan once a month for over a year now. I play soccer weekly and his services are much needed as I continue getting older. If you want to talk he will talk with you, or if you want to relax and remain silent he will do this as well. Service is always excellent.

Alan was awesome! Incredibly professional and identified problem areas I didn’t even realize I had. I am a busy professional with a 16 month old so it’s hard for me to get away during the week.
